Tim Aulbach

Principal Broker | Developer

Tim is the president and principal broker of The Land Store, Inc.
He has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Tim works with clients on projects in multiple states including, Alabama
Florida, Georgia, Indiana and Kentucky. He represents a variety of clients
including Baptist Health, Caterpillar, McDonalds, Walgreens and more.
In addition he has developed large scale residential subdivisions. He owns and leases retail and office space and various industrial properties. Tim is a member of the Hardin County Board of Realtors, Louisville Board of Realtors, Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance, Lincoln Trail Home Builders, and the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce. He is the owner and managing member of Bella Development, Big Four Stars, Aulbach Pence and Linnick Investments LLC.

Teresa Aulbach

Broker | Developer

Teresa holds her brokers license in Kentucky with 35 years of experience in the industry, including assisting her husband Tim on numerous projects throughout their careers.  She is the co-owner of TDA Properties, Inc.  Previously, Teresa specialized in the housing market, but has more recently focused on investment property, research and development. She also had a long career as an elementary school teacher with a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Louisville.

Tim and Teresa are members of the First Christian Church in Elizabethtown.
They have been happily married for 38 years and have two daughters, Nicki Cooper and Lindsey Aulbach. They have been blessed with six wonderful grandchildren that are their pride and joy.

Jana Webb

Office Manager

Jana is the office/property manager for The Land Store, Inc., she has been with the company since 1995.  Jana works in multiple areas of the business including bookkeeping, payroll, lease management and preparation, overseeing daily operations, finances, tenant relations , rent collection, lease enforcement and ensuring legal compliance for properties and tenant satisfaction. She is an invaluable member of our real estate team.

Jana resides in Elizabethtown with her husband of 30 years, Jonathan and has one son Jackson.

Darrel McKinney

Superintendent | Project Management

With over four decades of experience in electrical contracting, project management, and multidisciplinary construction, Darrell brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. He has successfully led private, commercial, and government initiatives, overseeing everything from new builds and remodels to renovations and facility maintenance. Known for his attention to detail, strong focus on quality control, and logistical expertise, Darrell excels at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. He oversees all trades and general labor in the field, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across all phases of construction. Darrell also offers valuable consulting, engineering insight, and design support throughout the process—from pre-construction planning, budgeting, and coordination to on-site supervision, scheduling, and safety oversight.

Outside of work, Darrell enjoys life with his wife of over 40 years, Kathy, and their wonderful children.

Lindsey Aulbach

Senior Associate | Project Manager

Lindsey Aulbach grew up in the family business gaining a passion for all aspects of real estate. Now she has developed that passion into a blossoming career. Lindsey has been an agent for almost four years and soon will be a licensed broker. She works in numerous areas of the market including commercial and industrial leasing, development, and sales. Some of her clients include McAlister’s Deli, Bridal Warehouse, Family Allergy and Asthma, Bale Construction, Hardin Memorial Hospital, Sun Tan City, and many more. Lindsey has expanded into other areas of the industry including property management and auctions. She is the property manager for LandStore Management, and is currently working on her property management certification under Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), with a designation in Commercial Property Management (CPM). She also works as a ringman with C&W Real Estate and Auctions. Her other education background is in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Kentucky.

Lindsey lives in Louisville and enjoys volunteering with the Kentucky Humane society.

Hal Watkins

Hal brings a combination of technical expertise and strategic execution to every project.
His experience includes infrastructure, advanced material systems, and large-scale property development. From industrial redevelopment to nationally anchored retail,
Hal’s background supports efficient, practical solutions with lasting value.

Heath Hinton

Senior Associate, Broker

Heath grew up surrounded by real estate and developed a strong interest in the industry from an early age. That passion guided his career path and led him to pursue a lifelong role in commercial real estate.

A graduate of Elizabethtown High School and Western Kentucky University, Heath earned his degree in Business before joining the LandStore in March of 2018 under the mentorship of Principal Broker Tim Aulbach. He went on to obtain his Broker’s license in May of 2020.

Since joining the firm, Heath has taken on a wide range of responsibilities including sales, leasing, site selection, property management, and development—gaining comprehensive experience across all aspects of the commercial real estate process.

Tommy Mason

Real Estate Sales

Tom has been a licensed broker for more than 40 years. He is licensed in Kentucky and has been with the LandStore for over 30 years. He specializes in farm and lot sales.

Tom is a US Army Vietnam Veteran.
