WHY?

A Different Type of Land Developer
We focus on each project as a personalized puzzle to bring the right pieces together. Pieces like budget, location, industry, zoning, and many more allow us to cater to you by getting to know your needs and balance market availability. Many offices are either construction companies or real estate professionals, we are both.
We also see projects through from the beginning t0 the end of a tenants leasing life. Being able to stay with the same sales person from the first internet inquiry or phone call to the day the doors open, to the end of the leasing term is rare. We get to know our tenants and clients which allows us to specialize in fair sustainable futures.
Our Story
Tim Aulbach, the founder and owner of the Land Store, established a strong foundation with subdivision developments and farm sales. Tim and Teresa Aulbach have had a vision for the company for over 35 years adapting to market and technology changes. The company stays diversified with experts in several areas of commercial real estate. LandStore constantly pushes its project boundaries by expanding in territories and scale. This includes other areas such as commercial and industrial leasing, shopping center developments, and revitalizing vacated industrial plants for new uses.
Due to the ever changing real estate market, we are always looking to pursue new projects in places outside of Kentucky, including Indiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Our focus has widened to purchasing distressed properties and repurposing buildings to create new profitability.
